Boiled Rice 1+1/2 Cups
Boiled Potatoes 2
Green Onion 2 (Chopped)
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Green Chili 1 ( Chopped)
Vinegar 1 tsp / Lemon Juice 1/4 tbsp
White Pepper 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
BreadCrumb 1 Cup


  1. In a bowl semi mash the rice,add boil potatoes mix it well .add all the other ingredients. Mix them well and will be consistency of a sticky dough.
  2. Grease your palm and divide them into 10-12 pieces or according to the size you wanted to make them preferably small in size. Roll them like patties.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat. Oil should be moderately hot. Test the oil putting a small piece of mix, this should up right of way. Drop the cutlets slowly into it, taking care not to overlap them.
  4. Fry the cutlets until they are golden brown. This should take about 5 minutes. Take them out over a paper towel.
  5. Serve them hot for the Best taste . Cutlets taste great with chutney.
